    • Independent negotiation by the client may jeopardize the facilitated admission process

    • Timely responses to counselor requests and interview schedules are mandatory

  • Setting realistic expectations regarding final institutional decisions.

    • iClarityAdmissions acts as a strategic facilitator, not a final decision-maker

    • Final admission authority rests exclusively with the university's admission committee

    • Visa approvals (for abroad admissions) are the sole discretion of the respective consulates

  • Clear financial boundaries for professional services rendered.

    • Retainer fees for premium facilitation are non-refundable

    • Success fees are applicable only upon the generation of an official offer letter

    • Third-party costs (application fees, standardized testing fees) are the client's responsibility

  • Safeguarding student and family information.

    • Client data is used strictly for application and facilitation purposes

    • Student profiles are never sold or shared with unauthorized third parties

    • Financial discussions related to the SRSO pathway are kept strictly confidential

  • Legal clarity and jurisdictional boundaries for the service agreement.

    • Governed strictly under Indian law

    • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra

    • Termination of services may occur for valid legal, financial, or compliance breaches
