iPredictor AI Labs Pvt. Ltd. is a deep-tech education company registered in Maharashtra, India, focused on building mental-health-first, AI-assisted, teacher- and psychologist-led academic support systems.

iClarity48™ is a time-bound, exam-aligned academic support program designed for the final 48 hours before an examination.
It is not a coaching program, test series, or replacement for long-term preparation.

iClarity48™ includes:

• iPaper™: A single AI-generated, predicted exam paper with solutions and explanations

• iFest™: A live, guided experience led by subject experts and psychologists, including parent micro-sessions

The service is:

• digital in nature

• exam-date specific

• limited in capacity

• time-sensitive

Access, delivery, and participation are governed by the Delivery Policy and Refund Policy published on our website.

iClarity48™ is designed to:

• reduce exam-related stress

• improve clarity and focus

• support better exam-time decision-making

However, we do not guarantee:

• marks, ranks, admissions, or academic outcomes

• performance improvement for every individual

• selection into any institution or program

Outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond our control, including prior preparation, exam conditions, and individual circumstances.

• All iPaper questions are independently AI-generated predictions.

• Any similarity to actual exam questions is purely coincidental.

• iPredictor AI Labs does not access, distribute, or claim to provide leaked or official exam papers.

Users agree not to:

• misuse content

• redistribute iPaper or iFest materials

• claim association with exam authorities

• With prior and explicit consent, iPredictor AI Labs may use limited excerpts from iFest sessions (including anonymised audio, video, or written material) for educational, awareness, or informational purposes.

• Participation in iClarity48™ is not conditional upon granting such consent.

• No sensitive personal data, psychological disclosures, or identifying information will be used.

Choosing not to consent will not affect your access to iFest, iPaper or any part of iClarity48™.

User Accounts & Security:​

Users may be required to create an account to access certain features of the website or services.

Users are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials

• ensuring that the registered email address or phone number remains active and accessible

You can change or reset your password at any time using the “Forgot Password” option on the login page or through your account settings. If you face any issues, our support team can assist after basic verification.

After purchase:

• users are required to submit accurate details via the exam-date alignment form

• timely submission is essential for proper service delivery

Failure to provide accurate or timely information may result in:

• delayed delivery

• inability to assign the correct iFest session

iPredictor AI Labs will not be responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user.

By purchasing iClarity48™, users consent to receive:

• transactional communication via email, WhatsApp, or phone

• coordination messages related to delivery and scheduling

Phone calls, if made, are strictly for coordination and alignment, not for sales or counselling.

• All fees are payable in advance

• Pricing is exam-specific and capacity-dependent

• Refunds, if applicable, are governed strictly by our Refund Policy

Once:

• exam-date alignment is completed

• iPaper is delivered

• or iFest has commenced

refunds may not be available, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• iPredictor AI Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• we are not responsible for user-side technical issues (internet, devices, email access)

• participation or non-participation in iFest does not affect service fulfilment

Use of iClarity48™ is at the user’s own discretion and responsibility.

All content, materials, branding, text, visuals, frameworks, and systems related to iClarity48™ are the intellectual property of iPredictor AI Labs Pvt. Ltd.

Users may not:

• copy

• reproduce

• distribute

• resell

• commercially exploit

any part of the service without prior written permission.

iPredictor AI Labs reserves the right to:

• modify session schedules

• replace experts if required

• adjust delivery formats

Such changes will be made only when necessary and without compromising the core experience.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if a user:

• violates these Terms & Conditions

• engages in misuse or abuse of the platform or participants

• attempts to disrupt sessions or redistribute content

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or related to iClarity48™ or iPredictor AI Labs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
