REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital, consumable, and time-sensitive nature of our services, the following are non-refundable:

• AI-predicted papers

• iFest sessions

• 48-hour preparation packs

• Live walkthroughs

• Digital study material

Once the service is delivered/accessed, no refunds will be issued.

Refunds are processed only if:

• Payment was made twice by mistake

• User did not receive access within 48 hours

• A technical failure occurred on our end

Refund requests can be submitted up to 72 hours after the exam.

Refunds (if approved) are processed in 7–10 business days.
