Because iClarity48™ involves time-bound, exam-specific planning, limited-capacity sessions, and personalised coordination, our refund policy is structured to be fair, transparent, and practical for all parties.

We strongly encourage parents and students to read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

iClarity48™ is a time-sensitive, exam-aligned academic support program that includes:

• personalised exam-date alignment

• limited-capacity iFest sessions

• AI-generated iPaper delivered at a fixed time

• advance planning with subject experts and psychologists

Once access is confirmed, seats, expert availability, and resources are reserved specifically for the student.

1. Before Exam-Date Alignment Is Completed
If you request a refund before:

• submitting the exam-date alignment form or

• being assigned to an iFest session

you may be eligible for a refund, after a brief verification.

2. After Exam-Date Alignment Is Completed
Once:

• the exam-date alignment form is submitted and

• the student is mapped to a specific iFest session

refunds are generally not permitted, as planning and seat allocation begin immediately.

3. After iPaper Is Delivered
Once the iPaper (AI-predicted paper with solutions) is delivered — typically 48 hours before the exam — no refunds will be issued.
This is because the core digital component of iClarity48™ has been accessed.

4. After iFest Has Started
Once any part of the iFest live program has commenced, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

If a refund is approved, the refunded amount will be net of applicable payment gateway charges and taxes (including GST) already deducted or remitted.

Payment gateway charges and government taxes are non-refundable, as they are not retained by iPredictor.

The remaining eligible amount, if any, will be refunded to the original mode of payment within the stated processing timeline.

We understand that unforeseen situations may arise.

Refund requests due to genuine exceptional circumstances (such as verified medical emergencies) may be reviewed at our sole discretion, provided sufficient documentation is shared.

Approval of such requests is not guaranteed and will be evaluated case-by-case.

Refunds will not be provided for:

• change of mind after alignment

• inability to attend iFest due to personal scheduling issues

• dissatisfaction based on expectations not aligned with the program’s stated scope

• technical issues caused by the user’s device, internet, or connectivity

• non-attendance despite access being provided

It does not guarantee ranks, marks, admissions, or outcomes and does not replace long-term preparation.
